How do I prep the files?

All Files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. See File Prep for more info on how to prepare your order. Please see our file prep page for more details.

How much for setup, master and film's?

At Modern CD, we do not charge you for Films or Masters. Most orders will be Free of a setup charge as well, unless you need special services such as DVD authoring, Auto-runs, Enhanced CDs, Programming or other involved services. Request a quote today for pricing on your project!

What is your turnaround time?

Turn around varies depending on the service you choose. Here is a simple breakdown... If you have a specific date you need to receive your product by, please contact us so we may discuss scheduling.

Rush Duplication and Printing Service = SAME DAY / 24 HOUR / 48 HOUR
Short Run CD or DVD Duplication and Printing = 1-2 Days
Short Run CD or DVD Duplication and Printing and Custom Packaging = 3-5 Days
CD or DVD Replication and Printing = 5-8 Days
CD or DVD Replication and Printing and Custom Packaging = 9-12 Days

Do you have a minimum?

Do you offer custom packaging or assembly?

Where can I download the templates?

The best way to receive templates is to email your account represenative. If you do not have a account rep, please submit a project quote now to be assigned to one. GET A QUOTE NOW. We will then direct to our downloads area.

How do I send my artwork and master to you?

Instructions will be emailed to you once you are ready to order. You may Upload or Send a physical master. We make it EASY to get your materials to us. Contact your account rep today or request a quote for more information.
